Yesterday Andrew Powell attended an evidence session of the All party parliamentary group on surrogacy at the House of Commons. The session, chaired by Andrew Percy MP, was attended by parliamentarians, lawyers, academics, surrogates and intended parents to discuss surrogacy law reform in the UK.
