Nicola Wallace selected to Judge at the ICC Mediation Competition.

Nicola Wallace has again been invited as a Judge at the 17th ICC Mediation competition, International Chamber of Commerce.   The competition, usually held at the ICC headquarters in Paris, is once again moved online this year.   In excess of 350 students and coaches from over 35 countries will be competing over 8 days.

Barbara Mills QC calls for action, tackling race inequality in the legal profession.

In an article published in The Guardian, our very own Barbara Mills QC, who is also co-chair of the Bar Council’s race working group, and one of only five black QC’s in England and Wales, has said ‘the time has come for action and “no more talk” when it comes to tackling race inequality in the legal profession’. Barbara describes the next 12 months ‘as “critical” to tackling systemic obstacles at the bar.’
