Rubin v Rubin [2014] EWHC 611 (Fam)
Christopher Hames represented the Husband/Father in Rubin v Rubin [2014] EWHC 611 (Fam) where Mr Justice Mostyn has given authoritative guidance on the appropriate principles to be applied in applications for Legal Services Payment Orders under Section 22ZA of the MCA and applications for costs allowances under Schedule 1 to the Children for funding against Applicants in Hague Convention proceedings.
The White Paper Conference
Michael Sternberg QC MCI Arb chaired The White Paper Annual National Conference on Financial Remedies and related Children Act topics at the Caledonian Club in Belgravia SW1. 140 attendees heard 4 silks including Kate Brannigan QC of 4 PB speak. The Conference was overbooked and will be repeated on 2nd April next in the same venue.
