Resolution Talk
Joy Brereton and Michael Edwards will be giving a to members of Resolution today. The talk is entitled, ‘Parental alienation and intractable contact disputes’. The talk is taking place at Charles Russell Speechleys. Dr Mark Berelowitz will also be speaking.
AB v TB (Temporary Removal to Jordan) [2014]
Michael Edwards represented the applicant in AB v TB (Temporary Removal to Jordan) [2014] EWHC 4663 (Fam). The High Court granted his client’s application to take his two children on holiday to Jordan, against the respondent’s objections.
