1996 Hague Convention case in the Court of Appeal

Henry Setright QC (for the respondent mother), and Teertha Gupta QC & Jacqueline Renton (for Reunite, interveners) appeared in the Court of Appeal on the 10th February in the first ever substantive 1996 Hague Convention case.

Surrogacy law reform dinner

Last night Jane Rayson and Andrew Powell spoke at a dinner event organised by Collyer Bristow Solicitors about surrogacy law reform. The event was attended widely by lawyers, intended parents, academics, an MP, the judiciary and the clergy.
