Dorothea Gartland & Andrew Powell represented two of the fertility clinics in a recent case before the President of the Family Division.
Consent forms, which are signed by couples who are not married or in a civil partnership to ensure legal parentage before treatment begins, had not been properly completed by the clinics involved.
In all seven of the cases, the court granted declarations of parentage.
