UD v XB

A request has been made in proceedings between UD, the mother of an infant girl born in Bangladesh on 2 February 2017 (‘the child’), and XB, the father of that child, concerning applications made by UD for orders, first, that the child be made a ward of the referring court and, secondly, that she return with the child to the United Kingdom in order to participate in the proceedings before the referring court.
