It was appropriate to make a reporting restriction order preventing the identification of (a) a vulnerable teenage girl who was at risk of sexual exploitation and (b) four Asian males who had associated with her. Naming the males risked revealing the girl’s identity; it was also significant that no findings of sexual exploitation had been made against the males.
