Re S (Child Abduction: Joinder of Siblings: Child’s Objections)

In a father’s application for an order for a return of his 13-year-old daughter to France, it was appropriate to join his 17-year-old daughter as a party to the proceedings because she had a sufficient interest in her younger sister’s welfare and because it was in her best interests that she be afforded party status.
