Four 4PB members in Court of Appeal case on the enforcement of foreign orders.

Four members of 4PB were involved in this Court of Appeal decision of seminal importance regarding the correct interpretation of article 23(e) of Brussels II Revised Regulation 2003, and the enforcement of foreign orders.
In the matter of E (Children) [2020] EWCA Civ 1030 the Court of Appeal considered the extent of the obligation upon the court in England and Wales to enforce a foreign order in relation to children and the underlying principles to be applied where the court is faced with an enforcement application alongside a welfare application.
