Family Finance

Rosanne regularly represents clients in their financial remedy proceedings whether they are Court based or by way of alternative dispute resolution including round table meetings, private FDRs and arbitrations. Whilst seeing cases from the first appointment through to a contested trial, she also deals regularly with interim and urgent applications such as LSPOs, MPS and s.37 freezing injunctions

Rosanne has assisted clients in difficult multi-jurisdictional cases involving pre-marital agreements, complex intervener applications, foreign marital regimes, and jurisdiction races. She has made and resisted applications under Part III of the MPFA 1984 and has acted in cases where the validity of the marriage is in dispute.

Rosanne is an experienced Schedule 1 practitioner often dealing with cases that fall into the top-up jurisdiction. She has the benefit of expertise in the child maintenance arena to compliment her Schedule 1 practice, having represented clients in both the first and second tier child maintenance tribunals.

Private Children Law

Rosanne has a wealth of experience in private children proceedings. She regularly acts in cases where living arrangements for the child are in dispute or where there are specific issues such as education and schooling are an issue between the parents.

Rosanne’s experience ranges across a broad spectrum; from cases involving serious allegations of domestic abuse and parental alienation, fabricated/fictitious illnesses to internal and external relocations for example.

International Children Law

Rosanne is well versed with Hague proceedings and those which fall outside of the convention. Her cases frequently involve a dispute as to jurisdiction and forum, as well as enforcement overseas.
